Since Stride Academy has three age-appropriate versions, will elementary students be able to scaffold up to middle school content? (And vice versa, will high school students be able to scaffold down to middle school content?)

Bright Strides (K-5) and Stride Connect (6-8) both operate on the same, great F.A.S.T. 360 adaptive technology. A high-achieving student can scaffold up to two grade levels above enrolled grade level (except for Grade 8) once all enrolled grade level work has been completed. Students can also scaffold down to two grade levels below enrolled grade level for remediation on skills that have not been mastered. This scaffolding will happen automatically as long as the teacher has configured the F.A.S.T. 360 adaptive mode in the teacher management system.

High school curriculm does not operate on the F.A.S.T. 360 adaptive technology and will not scaffold a student up or down based on performance. Students will be delivered End of Course curriculum for the subject which they are enrolled.
