When attempting to click the link in the email to access my data report, I get an error and cannot load the reports. What should I do?

First, make sure you do not have a pop up blocker activated. 

If you are still having difficulties, work with your IT department to make sure you have the following domains allowed:

stridereports.com
stridestart.com
198.61.162.96
